Buying property in Bath

Registration Fee of £300 is payable in advance and deductible from our Success Fee on exchange of contracts.

This fee covers a four-month period and all our costs for research/communications/viewings etc.

In the unlikely event that your ideal property has not been found within that period of time, we will discuss the best way forward/further retention of services fee.

Success Fee will be payable on exchange of contract

Option A 1.5% of the purchase price

Option B 1% of the purchase price plus 10% of the difference between the original asking price and any saving we may negotiate for you.

The original £300 registration fee is deductible from both these options.
